The staff was amazing, from the friendly receptionists who allowed us an early check-in to the helpful cleaners who made sure our room was spotless. We also loved the location, as it was close to the bustling city center and a lovely walk to the serene lake.

The facilities at 2D Resort And Spa were amazing, especially the indoor and outdoor pools. I also had a fantastic spa massage by Mr Ionut, who managed to fit me in on the same day, even with his busy schedule. the staff were polite and the room was nice, despite the small bathroom. I enjoyed the relaxing location near the lake in Neptun. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 😊.
